WOW, i havent updated the blog over a month, mainly because of my busyness, or rather laziness. =P see if i can remember all the important events for the past month.

i took that weekend off from yogiberry so that i can at least enjoy and relax on my birthday. that morning, i went to silver fountain for dim sum with wendy, yvonne, wilkin, henrik, and vincent. we saw robin and ryan there too, apparently for a post-funeral meal. anyways, dim sum was pretty good, since i havent had them for so long. but i noticed something very odd, wendy was texting someone, and when i tried to see her phone, she quickly tried to hide it. really, since when wendy texts?? and i saw henrik and wilkin were texting too, so i realized that something fishy is gonna happen. so after lunch, i told them (wilkin, henrik, and vincent) that im gonna bring wendy and yvonne to the dinner later that night. they just looked at me and started lauhging, at that time, i know for sure that they are planning something. as we were about to go to church, for some reason, wilkin, henrik, and vincent decided to come to my house with us, which is very odd of them. and after we got to my house, for some reason, wilkin was the last one to come into my house because he walked back to his car again after we got off. and then when they are here, wendy and yvonne kept going to the bathroom, and henrik kept asking me to play piano for them. after they left, we went to church for worship practice, which i didnt do anything either, so i just rested and slept on the pews.
after we finished, wendy drove her brother and jeffrey back to germantown, while yvonne and i drove wesley to cbc and then we went to yogiberry to get some free yogurt. after that, we went to the mall to do some shopping since we have couple hours before the dinner at 8pm, forgot what i bought, but its ok, not that important. we went back to my house, and we believe that i should change just because im the birthday girl. so we were late to mama lucia in olney for dinner, and when we got there, everyone was already there, except for hyungki. we ordered food and just socialized the whole time, making jokes here and there, watching wes making fun of mikey, and wendy and yvonne laughing at mikey, and mikey daring wes to finish all his food, and lee taking pics everywhere, putting his camera in the cup of water to prove its waterproof feature, and vincent and henrik making jokes about random things. it was nice, thats how i want my birthday to be, just having a bunch of friends to have dinner together, making jokes and laughing so loud that people start looking at us. then its time for check, which is the most annoying process ever, i let them pay for me, just because i know they would force it anyways, so i just let them take care of it. i went to the bathroom, and then i saw there was someone in t
he other stall, so i went to the one next to it. and when the person came out, i was thinking why is the outfit so familiar, and i realized that was minsung. my first thought was to remember whether i went into the right stall or not, but i remdmbered clearly that i went into the right one, so that means that minsung went into the wrong bathroom. when i headed out, i tried not to laugh, and i asked minsung which bathroom did he go, and he said the one to the left (which is the girls bathroom). i told him that was the girl bathroom, and his face changed, and said nah uh and he went to the bathrooms and started laughing as he walked back to the table. it was hilarious, and at that time, lee was trying to get my attention and then the moment finally came. he told me to turn around, and there stood a big box, up to my waist and a bunch of balloons. when i opened it, its a huge doggy, i was surprised that they would get me something like this. though it is very meaningful and cute, but its not very useful, it has been sitting in my room for the past month. anyways, its really cool to receive such a big present, not to mention the hard work of them wrapping the box and transporting it (because it would not fit in my trunk...)
afterward, we decided to go watch movie, daniel and minsung had to leave, so they left. and we decided to stop by henriks house to check the time for movie, meanwhile they showed me a video, which contained a song they made for my birthday. i was really surprised, like really really surprised that i didnt know what to say. i hope they didnt think that i didnt feel anything, im just so shocked that i didnt know what to say. so afterward, we were about to go to regal and watch harry potter, but then i was thinking that its kinda expensive and not really worth the money for all of us to go, so we ended up watching "knowing" at lee's house. it was a pretty interesting movie, and i found lots of biblical references to it. the interesting thing is that to those who are Christians, they think this movie is pretty interesting in terms of the references, but to those who are not Christians, they just think this movie is stupid in terms of how the plot is about alien at the end. mikey got so scared throughout and we just joked that it would be funny if we all get him smooth black stones for birthday. XD so we kinda hung out there for a while until 2am, we decided to leave because some of us have church or work or beach (yvonne) early in the morning, and mikey still needed to get back home all the way in columbia. at the end, wendy slept over at my place because she was scared due to the influences of the movie and she doesnt want to drive home by herself.
it was a long day, filled with events, filled with friends, filled with love. im truly blessed by God to be able to meet all these friends. everyone except wendy was met in the past year in college and we have already become really close friends already. i really feel like these people will be my true friends for the rest of my life and i can just imagine when we all have kids and still hang out and joke around, though that would be really chaotic.
